Blizzard Bike Club Fort St. John, BC May 5, 2008
It was Hammer time, again, on the Blizzard Duathlon circuit.
Gord "the Hammer' Harris made it three duathlon wins in a row, Monday night, with a personal best 29:39 minutes for the 2km run, 8km bike and 2km run. Second were Pat Ferris with 31:51 and third Simon Andrews with 33:05.
Kathryn Fairweather was the first female with a circuit record 33:31 minutes. Second were Barb Polehoykie with 35:15 and Erma Stanonik third with 36:27.
Kathryn and Gord both lead the series with 15 points for 3 wins.
Other times were Grant Spelsberg with 35:00, Owen Giebelhaus with 36:08, Russ Wilson with 36:49, Melanie Olthuis with 37:00, Lisa Verbisky in 38:54. Roger St. Jean was first in the 1km run, 8km bike and 1km run with 23:52.
