Colter Young turned in a blazing fast 22:53 minute 16 km time trial on Thursday on the 16 km Baldonnel circuit. Pat Ferris was second at 24:13 and Jake Elliott third at 24:50. Bob Andrews was 4th at 25:22 and Roger St. Jean 5th at 26:02.
Sandy McDonald turned in the fastest women’s time at 26:53 minutes. Kathryn Fairweather was second at 27:52 and Jolea Bilodeau 3rd at 28:44. Barb Polehoykie was 4th at 29:02, Erma Stanonik 5th at 29:50 and Marie Young 6th at 31:04.
Other times were Gilbert Bilodeau 27:12, Owen Giebelhaus 29:24, Dean Lowry 29:41, Simon Andrews 29:41, Ken Nix 29:43, Floyd Polehoykie 31:50 and Adam Bilodeau 33:10.
Sunday is a road race from the Baldonnel School at 10:00 am.
