Two more medals for the locals at the BC Seniors Games. Richard Wood and Bill Lindsay both were both gold in the road race event with a 4th place to the’ Hammer’.
Last event is a gruelling 4km hill climb with 7.5 percent grades in 2 sections. This will take place Saturday 10:30 am.
Blizzards won three medals in the opening Time Trial event, Thursday, at the BC Seniors Games in Prince George.
Richard Wood won the gold in the 60-64 age competitive class time trial with a time of 23:44. Bill Lindsay won the 60-64 Novice class at 28:18. Gord ‘the Hammer’ Harris was bronze at 23:03 in the 55-59 competitive class, missing the silver by only one second.
